Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and BS Games (“we”, “us”), for the Blockjong mobile game (the “App”). By downloading or playing the App you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with the rules of the store you got it from.
2. Virtual items
The App contains coins, lives and boosters (“virtual items”). Coins can be bought in the App with real money, or received for watching optional rewarded videos; lives refill over time; coins can be spent on lives, boosters and continues. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and their terms apply to the payment. Coin packs are consumable: they are delivered once, to the device they were bought on, and are not restored on another device or after the App’s data is deleted. Except where the law or the store’s refund policy says otherwise, purchases are final, and refunds are requested from Apple or Google. Virtual items have no monetary value outside the App, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for money or anything else, and cannot be transferred to another person or device. We may change how virtual items work, including their prices, amounts and refill times, to keep the game balanced.
3. Your progress
Your progress and virtual items are saved on your device only. They are not backed up by us, and they may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear its data, use “Delete all data” in Settings, or change devices. This includes coins you bought. We cannot restore lost progress.
4. Advertising
The App offers optional rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob. A reward is given only after the ad network confirms the video was watched, and a video may not always be available. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the websites and apps they lead to. How ads use data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the App, except where the law allows it;
- use cheats, automation, exploits or modified versions of the App;
- interfere with the App’s ads, for example by generating fake ad views or clicks;
- use the App or its content, including its levels, for any commercial purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The App and everything in it, including its levels, artwork, sounds, text and code, belong to BS Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you any ownership of them.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the App or any part of it at any time, including adding or removing levels and features. We do not guarantee the App will always be available or free of errors.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, including Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, BS Games is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms.
11. Apple App Store
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and BS Games only, not Apple. BS Games, not Apple, is responsible for the App, its maintenance and support, and any product claims about it. Apple has no warranty obligation for the App, and is not responsible for claims that it infringes someone else’s intellectual property. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country under a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Your use must also follow Apple’s Usage Rules.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim before the consumer arbitration committees or courts where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. By continuing to play after a change, you accept the updated terms.
